- Work with company sponsors to present groups of agricultural workers for their visas at the U.S. Consulates in Mexico, Peru and other locations.
- Assist workers to complete DS-160 visa applications.
- Distribute labor contracts and any other HR documents requested by the company sponsor.
- Coordinate travel, hotel and logistics.
- Provide training upon request in areas such as heat illness, anti-harassment and other areas of importance.
- Work with law firms to screen visa candidates for inadmissibility.
